Guest Satisfaction

Aside from your staff, your security & housekeeping staff has more interaction with the guests than any other hotel employee. That is why we install a comprehensive guest satisfaction program. The onsite management team is responsible for regular guest satisfaction rounds.

    Site Start-up

  • Our programs are founded upon properly engineering and implementing our time-tested systems. Once earning your business, we send our start-up team to your facility to create efficient & equitable work assignments for the housekeeping staff. These assignments are measured and timed according to our productivity standards.
  • Integration
  • After all the area assignments are created, our management team is introduced to our facility and housekeeping staff. The staff is then trained on HOTEL HOUSEKEEPING standards and methodologies. All of our startup programs are focused on insuring that we integrate ourselves into your facility as seamlessly as possible.
